Jade Goss

FOUNDER
Jade has been planning weddings and events since 2014. She loves creating beautiful, thoughtful spaces for couples and guests to enjoy! Jade loves cooking Italian recipes and the colors black and white, and she is happiest at the beach.
Macy Byrd

PLANNING AND DESIGN LEAD
Macy is a pro at multitasking and is unfailingly dependable. She’s an expert at creating floral designs that make brides swoon. When she’s not working behind the scenes at Give Co, you can find Macy watching HGTV and doing DIY projects.
Jennae Lawson

COORDINATOR
With 4+ years of office management experience, Jennae knows how to manage complex details and keep things organized. She is loyal, open minded, and efficient… and she loves eating ice cream almost every single day!
Rosie Adams

COORDINATOR
Rosie developed her event planning skills over her 13 years of working in higher education. She loves working with Give Co Events thanks to the fun we have and the excellence we achieve. You can usually find Rosie outdoors with her boys!
Mallory Smolen

COORDINATOR
With years of program management experience, Mallory excels at executing plans, finding a way to get things done, and seamless follow through. If there’s music on, Mallory is dancing. She also loves baking and taking walks with friends.
Ashley Cooke

DESIGN TEAM
Ashley is an adventurer at heart, preferring backroads over interstates. She’s a pro at managing people and events after serving on staff at her church for almost 20 years. Ashley especially loves seeing the beauty of an event come together.
Mary Grace Ragsdale

COORDINATOR
Working with Give Co Events is a welcome creative outlet for Mary Grace. She works full-time as an elementary school teacher and steps in to support our brides and grooms on the weekends. Mary Grace loves Mexican food and giraffes!
